From e-visa to trailhead in five steps
Pakistan’s e-visa system covers 175+ nationalities and most approvals arrive within 7–10 working days. We provide everything the application asks for — and handle every permit after you land.
Book your trip — we issue your documents
On booking confirmation we send your Letter of Invitation (LOI), our tour operator licence copy, and a confirmed hotel/itinerary list — the three documents the e-visa portal asks tourists for. Included free with every booking.
Apply online at visa.nadra.gov.pk
Create an account, choose Tourist Visa, upload passport scan, photo and our documents, pay the fee (US $25–60 depending on nationality). Apply at least 4 weeks before departure to stay relaxed.
We arrange your NOCs & permits
Some areas need a No Objection Certificate or trekking permit: restricted-zone treks (K2/Baltoro), peaks over 6,500m, and border areas like Khunjerab. We file these on your behalf before you arrive. Open zones like Hunza, Skardu town and Fairy Meadows need no NOC at all.
Land in Islamabad — we take it from there
Airport pickup is included in every tour. Your guide holds your permit originals, registers your group at police checkposts en route, and carries a satellite phone in areas without coverage.
Insurance & final checklist
You must carry travel insurance with high-altitude helicopter rescue cover for treks above 4,000m (e.g. Global Rescue, World Nomads Explorer). We verify your policy before departure and brief you on gear, money (cash is king up north — bring USD/EUR) and local SIM cards.

Good to know:
Indian-passport and dual-national travellers face additional processing — contact us before booking. Visa-on-arrival exists for some nationalities on group tours through licensed operators (that’s us); ask and we’ll confirm your eligibility. Rules change — we re-verify every season.
